Veterans Day
On November
11th we celebrate veterans day. We commemorate those valiant soldiers
who have risked and even given their lives in order to fight and protect our
incredible nation, America. Veterans day is celebrated all across America in
the hopes of educating people about our service members. It is an extremely
important holiday where we give credit to those who day by day help guard our
nation in order to maintain this as the “Great Nation”. I believe this day
should not only be celebrated here in America but in other countries as well
due to the fact that there are millions of soldiers out there who with honor
represent our wonderful countries. We need to spend time learning about these holidays
at school as they are not only a day off of school but a day to show the
uniformed our respect, love, and admiration for them all.
