Student Success Statement

“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of a dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew: that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong”- President John F. Kennedy

If one’s body is able to nurture our brains , our capability of stronger and higher intellectual endurance becomes greatly magnified. Our body is in some ways like an ancient temple that regards absolutely everything we do whether we’re for it or not. The sick and weak have lower levels of not just academic but all around intellectual capability. On the contrary the healthy and strong are always able to surpass those whom do not have the strength they have in intellectuality.
